Freeze! 1.0
REEVEsoft

it does fully support Window's non-premptive multi-tasking capabilities and has
four different priority settings. You can selectively add or extract files from
an archive, and it allows you to view the contents of an archive with time,
date, and compressed/uncompressed file sizes.

creates an image of an entire floppy disk in an archive on your hard disk.
LHAWin 1.0
Bennett, Earl
$0
is a point-and-shoot Windows interface to LHA. An extensive help file describes
all commands/options in detail. We could not get it to create a self-extracting
archive, but all the other options worked. Requires LHA from disk #1862.
UnZip Front End for Windows 1.1 (UZPFRNT)
Shoreham Data
$10

WZCat 1.01 (WZCAT)
Treeless Software and Design

filename, date or size, and delete files that contain duplicate elements.
Requires VBRUN300.
Zip Scan! 2.5 (ZIPSCAN)
Ratayczak, Richard
$20
[March 1994 CD]
will scan the contents of all ZIP files in a directory for viruses. PKZIP

WinCommand 1.10b (WN-CMD) 09-93 CD
Vesperman, Matthew S.

WinRunner 2.0 (WINRUNR)

Windows, display a message, or work in conjunction with BackMenu (#3545)
in 386 mode to start a program under Windows. Also included:
GLUE by D. J. Murdoch, which lets you paste the stub into existing

12882 Cursor Utilities Small Programs Disk
----------------------
Animouse (ANIMOUS)
Beckstrom, Troy
$10
[March 1994 CD]
lets you replace your standard mouse cursor with a selection of fun
animated ones. Included are exploding bombs, radio-active arrows, a
munching Pac-Man figure, and much more. This is an excellent way to
increase the visibility of the cursor on your desktop.
ArrowSmith 1.0 (ARROWSM)
Karnes, Clifton
$22
[October 1993 CD]
allows you to change the default Windows mouse pointer and wait symbol. You
can simply click on one of the 66 cursors/symbols that are included to make
the change. You can also configure Windows to start with a selected
pointer. This is an extremely useful utility for laptop users.
Big Cursor 2.0 (BCURSOR)
Cuddy, James F.
$0
changes the arrow cursor to twice it's normal size. The larger cursor becomes
transparent whenever it crosses over another item, so it doesn't obscure desktop
visibility.
Carets & Cursors 1.3 (CRT-CUR)
Instant Replay Corp.
$75
lets you choose different text editing carets and mouse cursors. Different
cursors can be assigned to window classes, even within the same application. For
example, you can make the cursor become a mouse when placed on a dialog, a thumb
when placed on a bitmap button, a pen on an edit window, etc. This greatly
improves the visibility of the cursor, as well as adding a little fun to the
desktop.
Change Cursor 1.0 (CHNGCRS)
Seidman, James
$15
allows you to change the arrow and hourglass cursors in Windows to whatever
pattern you like. Several samples and an editor are included. This is a really
well done, easy to use program, and the results are great!
Meta-Mouse 1.5 (MMOUSE)
Farpoint Software
$20
[Feb. 1994 CD]
improves the visibility of the Windows mouse cursor. It gives you
several larger cursors to choose from, and also blinks the cursor at a
rate you choose. This is intended primarily for laptop users, but works
just as well on desktop systems.
